| Usage︰ | 180 series is a single packaged ink.The one-component ink need to be dried and bicomponent need to be added firming agent.The excellent adhesion and strong chemical agent resistence make it widely used in printing on the surface of metal.It has strong resistance to oil,solvent,salt,bleacher,desiccant and so on.Meanwhile it will not crack when cut, bending, stamping, ink won't produce cracks and scratch.

| Use Method︰ | 180 epoxy ink should mixed the ink with hardening agent .The mixed ink should be used within 1.5 to 2 hours or it will be harden.
1.The proportion of 180 epoxy ink to #22 hardening agent is 8:2
Drying method:drying 2 hours under roomtemperature
2.180 epoxy one-component ink will harden automatically when the temperature over 180deg.C.When it was under 180deg.c~220deg.c,the ink will become membrane.
Drying time:7~10mins
Suitable mesh:77T to 120T solvent resistance mesh
The ink should be evenly stirred before use .If it needed to be diluted,pls us #218RT solvent (3%~10% according to the weight)
Before printing,usd #108 solvent or #240 solvent to wash up the surface of metal and mesh. |
