| Usage︰ | 288，Vah-Gloss series ink is a new product of our company.It is made by high quality paint.Meanwhile it has high gloss ,strong adhesiveness and weather resistance.It is can be used to print on materials which sensitive to Gasoline, Ethanol,water and cleaner.It can also satisty the requirment of European family.
Applications:
many kinds of materials such as PC,ABS,PS,acryl,plastic,rigid plastic,synthetic paper(exclude pearl paper). |
| Production Advantage ︰ | 1. Excellent adhesive attraction,sticking tendency resistance and printability.
2. 288 four colours ink has good visual effect,bright colour,strong third dimension.Meanwhile it will not fade in three years.
3. High hardness,alcohol resistance,chemical resistance and oil resistance. |
| Use Method︰ | 1.Using a piece of cloth to dip #108 cleaning solution then wipe the surface of the soft plastic .The #108 cleaning solution has no effection on the soft plastic but can clean the oil.
2. Dilute the ink with 3%-5% #224THINNER. Add 211# RETARDER to make the drying slower.Add 215 THINNER to make it drying fast.
Suitable mesh:77T to 120T
Drying: 60.C:5 to 8 mins
Wind:15 to 30 mins
Stencil and washing:
Using 300# cleaning solvent to clean the ink of the stencil.The cleaning solvent can also protect the stencil. |
