| Usage︰ | KCPPT ink is one of high quality screen printing ink And pad printing ink.It’s widely used in pp plastic material ,PP and PE mixture material.It’s no need pretreatment before print.It has excellent lightness, adhesion and printability.It suitable to print on coating bucket,pp cup,beer box,folder and Calp Box. |

| Use Method︰ | 1.Thinner:Fast drying thinner KCPP-50, Dry retarder thinner KCPP-80.
2. The ink should be stired evenly and add 10%-15% thinner before print.
3. Because of the complexity of the printing material,the ink should be tested before widely use.Add some Utra-white ink can improve the opacity of the colour.
4. The high opacity colour ink is suitable to print on the deep colour material.
5. The PE coating bucket should be pretreated by the fire before using the KCPPT Ink.The surface tension should be over 42 dyne.
6. The adhesion of the ink is not very good,if the coating bucket has much Plasticizer or being stocked for a long time.Pretreating the surface with KCPP9 solvent before printing. |
| Storage︰ | Stor in cool ,dry place. The remainder in the bucket should be sealed well with the cap. Avoid contact with fire and high temperature. |
