Working principle
Through computer control, the pattern to be printed is converted into a digital signal, and the control system drives the flat turntable to rotate, accurately transferring the plastic products to each station in turn. At the printing station, the squeegee applies pressure to the ink on the screen printing plate, so that the ink is squeezed from the mesh of the graphic part onto the plastic product. After completing the printing of one color, the turntable transfers the product to the next printing station for the second and third colors. After each printing, the UVLED lamp quickly cures the ink, and finally completes the three-color printing.
