1) The accuracy of the positioning device
Whether it is a shuttle pad printing machine or a conveyor belt pad printing machine, the initial positioning device adopts pneumatic pushing and positioning block positioning. The positioning block itself is not manufactured with high precision and is also easy to wear, resulting in low positioning accuracy.

2) Accuracy of printing plate system adjustment
    The steel plate of the pad printing machine needs to adjust the position of the front, back, left, right and angle, and the manufacturing accuracy of the slider device itself is not high

3) Accuracy of plastic head moving system
Guide pad sliding mechanism is adopted for the front and back movement of most pad printer heads, and the processing precision of the guide post itself is not high

4) The accuracy of the operating system
Most pad printing machines are controlled by a microcomputer, and the adjustment of the position of the microcomputer itself is mostly based on perception and visual judgment, and it is difficult to achieve digital adjustment

5) Accuracy of imprinting
The glue head will collect the ink on the printing plate and then transfer it to the surface of the product. The residual ink on the surface of the glue head will affect the accuracy of the imprint.

For those customers who have higher requirements for printing quality, improving the printing accuracy of the pad printer is actually achieved by improving the structure of the pad printer.

1) The shuttle-type pad printer can use a servo-driven shuttle table, and the rotary-table pad printer can use a splitter to control the rotary table.

2) A CNC lathe is used to process each slider component of the printing plate system.

3) The plastic head moving component can be upgraded to a guide rail slider, and its accuracy will be greatly improved.

4) PLC system can be used to perfect the data-based program operation.

5) Install an automatic cleaning head device on the machine to improve the transfer effect of ink, and eliminate the effect of residual ink on the imprint as much as possible.
